Arizona Pest Prevention commenced its first customer service in the early spring of 2002. We have since grown from a startup company to a full-service exterminating company. Our core business is in day-to-day residential and commercial pest control. We specialize in Roof rat exclusion, termite control and scorpion home sealing. We are a Family-owned Chandler Based Business with a number of tenured Team members working for the company. Our community service is an honor as we choose to return our time and resources to those who have provided for us! We love Chandler, Gilbert, Sun Lakes, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale Ahwatukee, Arcadia and much of Phoenix. Steve's Bio

Steve is well known in the pest control industry for his dedication, experience, leadership and mentoring. He has been continuously active in the pest control industry for 39 years plus. He has guided large exterminating companies as a Branch, District Manager and Vice President of Operations. In 2002 he started Arizona Pest Prevention, Inc. where he currently serves as President. Well noted for his communication skills and relationship sensitivity. He demands high regard towards customer service and communication! Steve possesses a relentless drive and expectation in respecting his Team and Customers. Few will ever care more about their team and customers!! He enjoys the Exterminating Industry and Loves being a resident of the City of Chandler and Arizona!

Steve is married 45 years to his wife with three sons. His pride is being called “Papa” by his grandsons and granddaughters. He is an avid fan of sports – Denver Broncos, Arizona Diamondbacks, Cardinals, Sun Devils and Phoenix Suns.

He is a regular at Starbucks . He’s known as “A twice a day guy whether he needs a coffee or not.”

I have been 6 years with the Company. When not working I enjoy my wife and family. People have said I wear a Great Smile! I am a self-proclaimed Good Basketball Player. I like most all sports and Nature. It’s Cardinal Time in the Valley!

I have 19 years with the Family Business. I Love Family, Friends, and Sports. I have enjoyed watching our customers raise their kids and then watch them off to College. I enjoy Arizona during the Winter! I also enjoy coaching kids in Football . Go Broncos!

I have been using AZ Pest Prevention for many years on a monthly basis for my personal residence and rental properties I own. I can happily say I rarely see any type of pests. I have 3 cats and feel safe knowing the products they use won't affect their health or mine.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Arizona Pest Prevention. I called them after my partner and I saw a rat in our baby's crib. They came out the next day to assess the situation, and then were back the following day to "button up" the house and place bait stations. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve and this company when they killed all these ants that had gotten into my house. I swear the ants were spawning every second because I must of killed a thousand and they just kept coming. Az pest prevention not only killed them in a day but I haven't had any issues with any bugs whatsoever! The staff is so nice and these guys know what they are doing. My dog has no problem with anything they used which was huge for me. These are people you want to deal with!

In the recent past I had a scheduled appointment on a Wednesday and because I could count on it I would have my garage door open and the inside of the garage floor would be sprayed. I never know when I'll have service now and it's over and done with before I can open my garage. Maybe that was just an extra service and not really on my contract but I'd sure like to know when you're coming so I can be prepared.
