This is the best pest control company I have ever used by far!! We have been using them at our home for at least 6 years. They are ALWAYS friendly and professional. I discovered an ant community developing in my yard after a storm, called the office to see if Brandon could stop by this week to take care of it. He was at my door within 2 hours!
Az Pest Prevention is priced right and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. They really are the best!!!

I can't possibly say enough good about AZ Pest Prevention. I've called them twice now for two separate issues. We called them on a Sunday evening, the 5th of July, about a bee swarm and bees inside the house. They responded immediately and had a tech out as soon as was possible.

I have been using AZ Pest Prevention for many years on a monthly basis for my personal residence and rental properties I own. I can happily say I rarely see any type of pests. I have 3 cats and feel safe knowing the products they use won't affect their health or mine.

Well, we have been using Steve services since 2004 and they have been absolutely reliable, courteous and professional. Will Greenhalgh was our guy from AZ Pest Prevention for several years and cared for our property like it was his own. But then Will found the love of his life and relocated out of state. We still miss his smiling face!
Our service has never been interrupted and all our issues have always been addressed in a timely and professional manner, whether at our primary residence or our rental property.

A couple years ago, we had a roof rat that decided to take up residence and came in through a doggy door and made a home behind the dryer.
It didn't survive 24 hours after a call to Steve Greenhalgh! Heck, Steve's guy even patched the hole in the drywall made by the dang roof rat! At no charge, no less!

Extremely pleased with my experience with Arizona Pest Prevention. I called them after my partner and I saw a rat in our baby's crib. They came out the next day to assess the situation, and then were back the following day to "button up" the house and place bait stations. They continued to consult with me until we finally got the rat. No sign of them since. Technicians matched excellent customer service and provided a ton of insight. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve and this company when they killed all these ants that had gotten into my house. I swear the ants were spawning every second because I must of killed a thousand and they just kept coming. Az pest prevention not only killed them in a day but I haven't had any issues with any bugs whatsoever! The staff is so nice and these guys know what they are doing. My dog has no problem with anything they used which was huge for me. These are people you want to deal with!

We spotted a roof rat at our Gilbert house. A friend recommended Arizona Pest Prevention. Steve came out and gave me information and what would be needed to be done to cover the access to my roof/house. My husband and I discussed it and decided to have the work done and bait stations put in the yard. The guy that did this work was polite and efficient and walked me through what he did. I had them monitor/service the bait stations in my yard for 6 months. Their service invoices listed in detail what they did. After a couple of months of no activity, we decided to remove the bait stations. I was given no push back over this decision and they said "Thank you and remember us if I have a future problem." Highly recommend them.

Arizona Pest Prevention helped me keep my sanity. My house had a problem with these little black bugs, almost like ants, and scorpions were taking over. I was going crazy, I tried everything, spraying on my own with solution from the store, bleaching drains and bathtubs and sinks, nothing was working.

I called Arizona Pest Prevention on a Thursday night at 5:30pm and they were at my house when I woke up! They were so kind and very accommodating. Jim had said it would take about a week to see the bugs gone, but it actually only took one day, thank goodness!
